Aniline Dyed Nylon Outdoor Flags

These are aniline dyed nylon outdoor flags with single reverse. The manufacturer can reproduce any simple or intricate design using our exclusive Aniline Dying process. Complete penetration of the dye to the fabric’s core produces a luxurious , brilliant appearance that is soft and supple, never stiff or board-like. Our authentic screening techniques on 100% DuPont SolarMaxTM nylon insures your flag or banner will be the best in quality and appearance. Custom Appliquéd Nylon Outdoor Flags

These custom flags are appliquéd Nylon Outdoor Flags with a single reverse. Custom Appliquéd flags are individually hand-sewn using 100% DuPont SolarMaxTM nylon, the most long-lasting, weather resistant material in its price range. The result is a luxurious dimensional look art a fraction of the cost of embroidered flags. Prices shown below are for single reverse flags with canvas header & brass grommets on sizes up to 6’ x 10’ and roped header and thimbles on larger flags. Prices below are for guidance only. We can either work from your rough sketch or a written description of the design you envision or you can talk with our artist on the phone and describe what you have in mind. We will send you a proof for your signature. If the artwork meets your expectations, we can move forward.

We use 100% Bengaline for our embroidery, unless you request another material. When fine art is the desired end result, custom embroidery is the choice. All that is needed is camera ready artwork. We can convert your artwork for embroidery purposes for a modest art charge. Just let us know what you want.

Embroidered - CEmbroidered Class C contains a one color background with a stitch detailed silhouette design and up to 24 block font letters. Embroidered - DEmbroidered Class D contains a two-color background with a stitch detailed silhouette design and up to 24 block font letters.
Embroidered - EEmbroidered Class E contains a two-color background with a stitch detailed multi-color silhouette design and stylized lettering. Embroidered - FEmbroidered Class F contains a two-color background with multi-colored emblem design and extensive detail and lettering.

Outdoor Cantilevered Avenue Banners are woven of an acrylic material which is ideally suited for outdoor use. The solution dyed fabric resists fading and the harshest weather conditions. these are single ply banners printed on both sides.  Bleed imprints are not available. Some designs or fabric and ink combinations may require double ply banners with an opaque liner. Avenue Banners have top and bottom pole hems.

Traditional Single Pole Banners are sewn from Aniline Dyed 100% DuPont SolarMaxTM Nylon. This dying process produces a luxurious, brilliant, soft and supple banner. Our authentic screen-dying techniques can reproduce any simple or intricate design. Our custom made banners are the best in quality and appearance found anywhere.

Satin Mini-Award Banners and Club Banners are perfect for service organizations and breakfast clubs, award presentations and invitations. Our Mini-Award Banners and Club Banners are expertly printed single reverse banners. We use only 100% bridal-quality rayon acetate satin. Your banners come complete with spear-tipped crossbar and hanging cord with tassels. All sides are carefully hem-stitched and the bottom finished with your choice of gold, blue, red or white fringe. The hanging cord will match the fringe unless otherwise specified in the order.

Wall Banners & Podium Banners are perfect for sales promotions and awards banquets and any other situation where a prestige oriented theme is required. Our Wall Banners and Podium Banners are expertly printed on only 100% bridal-quality rayon acetate satin. All banners come with spear-tipped crossbar and hanging cord with tassels. All sides are carefully hem-stitched and the bottom is finished in your choice of a straight or v-cut with gold, blue red or white fringe (your choice). The hanging cord will match the fringe unless otherwise specified in the order.

Custom Pricing...

All Custom Pricing is based on the complexity of design, the number of colors for background, stitching and lettering as well as the format in which the artwork is provided by the customer. Artwork submitted camera-ready in Adobe Illustrator, Casmate, Corel Draw or Flexisign or any other program which has been converted to an eps file format, which does not need additional work, will not require art charges. Other types of artwork such as photographs, scanned designs and black and white composites will require additional per hour art charges.  All art charges are determined on a per project basis. A deposit is required for any artwork. Please contact us for estimates and project pricing.
