Jet Drying

Jet Drying is a special process used to produce superior color in our Poly-Max^TM polyester. The Jet Drying process forces the dye molecules into the fabric at 265^oF. Lesser dying processes use a beam dying process which cannot attain a temperature over 210^oF, thus producing a ring dying effect where the dye molecules are only absorbed into the outermost parts of the fiber.
